Leslie's background includes a degree in Nursing, a modeling career, owner of a publishing company and  is the sales and marketing force behind our corporate success. She has assisted hundreds of organizations in meeting their learning and development needs.

Trained originally as an Emergency room nurse then in healthcare management Leslie brings her exceptional assessment, planning and implementation skills to her role in assisting our clients in defining their learning needs. She understands the challenges that many organizations have in the areas of people management, team development, effectiveness, values integration, morale and job satisfaction.  As the Executive Retreat Director, Leslie’s has the ability plan executive retreats, management and employee training events and design programs that support your organization’s vision, goals and needs.

Her expertise in strategic marketing and corporate alliances has allowed The Izzo Group to evolve into one of the boutique organizational development firms on the west coast.
